Not feeling great this morning. We ordered dinner out last night. Dh and the kids got pizza and I ordered a spinach chicken salad. Sounds healthy huh. I thought so too. It had spinach chicken breast, tomatoes, bacon, egg, egg, mozzarella cheese. This morning I've got some water retention and my stomach is torn up. Won't be getting that again.

Spinach has a lot of fiber. It's really good for you, but can cause stomach bloating for some (me too) when you aren't used to eating it often. Drink plenty of water. On the bright side, it's wonderful for your constitution, lol!

Thanks for your great advice. I'm feeling much better tonight. Think I'll street clear of spinach for a while. Lol
