Ugh, dinner was deliciously destructive yesterday. Who has two types of cake at a rehearsal dinner?!?! I was like, oh I'll be good and not fill up on bread. But then I ate everything on my plate at dinner... An ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes, huge steak, and green beans. To be fair, I ate the green beans first. :P

On another note, I am terrible with measuring around my belly button, I'm pretty sure I got 28 and 32, before it read 29...

Also: note to self, never put PB2 in Cream of Wheat, there is NOT enough liquid to properly mix together... yuck! I will, however, try and mix it with some apple sauce this morning. That should prove to be a better combination.

Wedding tonight, I'll have to dance my butt off to burn some of this weight off!
106.0 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol! Well I think your stats still look great! If it would make you feel better I can measure my waist and around my belly button for you. ;) how are you doing with your workouts? How is everything with your other half and doggie?

What about adding some water to the mixture of PB2/cream of wheat? That actually sounds pretty good!

lauraab, What I should have done is made the Cream of Wheat, mixed the PB2 with water, then combine the two. I might try that tomorrow. :) But the applesauce and PB2 mixture was much better! iamachristianjesusfreak, workouts are going well. I'm on week 3 in the Lean Phase with ChaLean EXTREME. And the pup and the fiancé are doing well, especially since the weather is supposed to be getting warmer and sunnier.
