I failed. Forgive me FS for I have sinned. Last night was nuts and I was exhausted so I did the unthinkable. I ordered pizza. Yummy delicious sinful pizza. We did do good though... we didnt devour the entire thing. So??? I packed a piece for lunch today and ate it on the way to work. 1 hour drive and the pizza was taunting me. So I figured ok.. I'll log it.. and I'll get back on track. But then there was a giant mint latte, shake, donut sign in front of dunkin donuts and the universe somehow gave me 5 extra minutes before I needed to be at work. That NEVER happens! So.. um yeah.. mint chocolate latte and a um.. donut. *smacking head* oh and.. jelly beans. The baby made me do it!! Oh yes.. you knew it was coming. I used the old I'm pregnant and the baby wanted it excuse.

Now I just have to make sure I make it to the gym, do barn chores, and run around the house full speed a few hundred times. Or... I can call this a treat day and move on. Make that a treat morning. If I call it a treat day I will keep going. The good news is its suppose to get up to above freezing today so I can dig out the hot tub for all these new aches and pains I'm finding. I can't crank the thing up to high but at least I can relax with a jet pointed at the middle of my back. :) This will come in handy when I'm kicking my own butt this weekend to make up for the pizza and latte.. and donut.. and jelly beans.

I've been there, and I'm not even pregnant! You can call it a treat morning, then still get to the gym today and you'll feel better about it. I think being pregnant is like having 2 devils on your shoulder and 1 angel when it comes to food and exercise. Enjoy the hot tub!!

Don't feel bad it happens.. last night I had a sweet tooth and had 3 Oreos and an ice cream bar! Tomorrow is another day! Chin Up!

Pizza and latte - wonderful way to start the day. Was it cold (the pizza?) I love cold pizza - seems to me I can taste all the seasonings better. Mint latte AFTER though? Mint? Hmmm... something new to try. Jelly beans ... sound of footsteps running in opposite direction of those though - one is too many and a wouldn't be enough. Have a great weekend!

Well lucky for me I had something that caused a serious loss of appitite, I was so tempted to get on the scale but I knew it would be a temp loss so I didn't. Today I was shocked I didn't want my am snack but by lunch I was starving! I went to look for some thing rather than home to make lunch... took all I had not to stop and grab fast food. So I was bad with the chips but reast was ok. Tonight I have a house full of kids and pizza... my plan? Tuna. I am PRAYING it works because if not I'll have wrecked the feeling that my body might have readjusted a bit. Here's hoping!

The great thing is you still tracked it all and are ready to get to the gym or do chores! I would've waited til the next day, the weekend, or Monday . . . LOL!

Mmmmm....mint chocolate latte...sounds goooood...need to check out if I can get that here. Don't punish yourself for giving yourself a treat or two. You deserve it and you can make up for it bit by bit if you feel the need. Just take it easy and don't go too crazy trying to make up for it all at once - slow and steady wins the race!!
