My totalcarbs today were only 29 with 20 net carbs... I can definitely feel it. I am always worried I am getting to many calories though, I hit 1936 today but kept my carbs low and my fats and protein were good. What effects will this have on my weight loss or am I just worrying for nothing?

If your carbs were from veggies and not processed foods, it probably won't affect your weight loss at all. I doubt you need to worry at all.
