really disappointed to see a gain. hope it's a temporary water thing. I feel like I have been doing everything right. not perfect, but don't feel like I should have gained. sad face. keep going and see what happens.
I take a medication that says may cause weight gain. I wonder if it is holding me back. I think I will give it another month and if still no results, talk with the Dr.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
