This was a difficult week for me. It was super busy, so I didn't get a chance to get to the gym. I'm not discouraged at all, I just need to make sure that this week I perform better than last. I know I can do this, I've proved that in the first two weeks.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
