Noticing a difference after 3 days on the 21 day fix food part - scale is moving again! Just started the first workout this morning - it was the Pilates fix and boy, it made me sweat! Ok, I'm doing this! Gotta head to work, but wanted to see that number go down so I'm logging it even though it isn't Tuesday. :)
153.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
