Had a conference yesterday... it was hard to record things correctly - and it was hard to stay within my guidelines. Oh, well - it was a one day conference - back to it today.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
