I'm trying a modified diet supplementing Jenny Craig food with some real meals to try and eliminate the bounce back gaining that always happens to me when I go off of their 1200 Calorie plan. Wish me luck! :)
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You can do it! Adding fruits, veggies, and dairy to the JC meals really helps!
