I really need to commit 100% to loosing weight and becoming a healthier person, physically, spiritually and emotionally. You can do this Femi. You née to learn to be your own best cheerleader. This issue of weight has plagued you for far too long. Do not pass this on to your children. Lord please teach me how to have a healthy relationship with food.
284.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 144.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
