It is TOM again which honestly throws me off every time because I always seem to be starving. Not to play the gender card but seriously it is not fair being a woman trying to lose weight. Every month my hormones slap me in the face and laugh like "You can't succeed, I am going to make you crave a whole chocolate cake with a side of fatty bacon!! Mwaahaahaa" Grrr
239.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 109.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I remember those days. Sweet and salt. So, what's my excuse now??? I have none.

I had mine last week..I always am happy when I get off of it, cuz after the water I was holding goes, I generally drop a couple of pounds. Have some dark chocolate.
