Wooof...this is discouraging...

Neck= 13"
Upper Arm= 12"
Bust= 41"
Waist= 36"
Hips+ 45"
Thigh= 23"
Calf= 16 1/2"

lost a whopping total of 2 1/2 inches, and 5 pounds this past 30 days :(
Hoping this coming month will prove better...

Jenni, pls don't be discouraged. I think losing 5 lbs in the last 30 days, which included the holidays, is quite an achievement. Kudos to you!

Jen, those results are great, esp. considering what Helen mentioned. Five pounds a month may seem slow but it's over a pound a week PLUS you've lost inches! You're 42 pounds down in about 3-1/2 months which is fantastic! Don't sell yourself short!

Thank you both for the encouragement...I know what your saying is true, it's just the progress I was making got cut in half! It's my own fault, not eating enough...sometimes, I'm just NOT hungry...lol. Progress no matter how small is sill progress :)
