I give up on my weight. I am working out everyday and keeping my calories down and my weight goes from 233 to 235 and then back down. I have lost a dress size so far. So I am not going to concentrate on my weight too much. Think I will count my success on how many dress sizes I lose.

smart thinking! Remember muscle is heavier than fat, and though working is a must, it can initially show small increases on the scale. Body fat % will help you see the results better, and keep you motivated. Remember skinny people look good in clothes. Fit people look good naked.

I think that is a wonderful idea! I'm sure the weight will come off too, but how clothing fits it more important anyways for how we look then a number on the scale.
