Do you ever just feel like you want to sleep in? your abs errr.... feel tight from yesterday's workout, it's raining outside and you don't want to go out for your run? Screw the alarm that goes off at 5:30am to remind you it's that time of day! Slept in and woke up at 7:30am, refreshed, put in a Zumba exhilarate DVD for 1 hr and still enjoyed an energetic workout... then switched TV channel to VH1 and danced off to some good music like Avicii and Fergie's A little party never killed nobody!mmmm good start to the day, black clouds outside not noticeable anymore! yeah :)!
131.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job! Too me that is how every morning should start! I managed 10 mins of am yoga before life starting beating on the door.

Sometimes you just need to listen to your body when it tells you that it needs more sleep.

Sometimes your body lets you know exactly what it needs. I went to bed early and got up at 7:09 and I woke up ready to go.

yesterday was off day at work .But no rest . Planned a picnic with friends and family as it was quite sunny and warm. Enjoyed thoroughly with some outdoor games . Had this simple outing after a long time . Reminded me of my childhood .
