What kind of eating healthy and exercising? I ask because many healthy foods are higher in calories than their unhealthy counterparts. I know that sounds weird, but take the example of brown rice being more calories than white rice, even though the brown rice is much better for your health. Did you track calories (or points if you're doing WW) at all, or just eat healthy? You may not have lost this week, but you didn't gain either. Make sure to stay on track and those numbers will drop eventually.

Oh I get what your saying yea! But I was perfect with tracking my points (weight watchers) Problem is... I exercised and didnt eat my acitivity points and I think my body needs those... I dunno.. regardless its still very frustrating!

It could be one of many things. If you did everything right, than it will show. Sometimes we lose fat but don't see it on the scale right away. Read this article, it's really eye opening. http://primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/scale.htm It's called "Why the scale lies!!"

Your body definitely needs more calories when you're working out. If you were on target, then it may well have been that you weren't eating enough. Maybe it's just because I'm not familiar with the points system, but I don't like it. I know it's supposed to make things easier for people, but counting the real calories is much more helpful. I don't know how the points translate to calories (if they do at all), but you probably shouldn't be eating any less than 1600-1800 calories per day.

Sometimes, the scales just seem to not move, no matter how little or how much you eat.
