Well, I have not been following my diet too much this week. It all started Friday when I came home from work...my neighbor who works at one of the best commercial bakeries in the area brought me a full sheet cake size of their crumb cake.... that stuff is so damn good.... it wasn't even the cake... I am addicted to the crumbs... I finally poured salt all over it and threw it in the garbage.... then my brother-in-law came to visit over the weekend and with that visit was his request for my stuffed shells... I couldn't spend all that time stuffing all those shells without having any.. so I had 3... which is substantially less than I would normally eat.... but I also made him brownies... which meant that I was eating them. By the time the weekend was over, I was up 4.5 pounds...

I have not been following very well this week... but I have been eating a lot less because I'm sick.. some carbs here and there, but I did lose 2 of the pounds I gained over the weekend.... I have not exercised at all since I haven't been feeling well... so once I am feeling 100%, I will be right back on track...

Although, this is my favorite time of the year.. McDonalds has their Shamrock shake... so I decided that since I am already off the wagon this week, I will allow myself 1 small one before I go back on track and that should curb the need for it after that... (i hope!)

Tomorrow is another day and since I did screw up the end of phase 1, I will be starting Phase 1 again... after all, I only ave 10 weeks till Florida!

Yep tomorrow is a brand new day to start fresh, so make it the best day possible. It does take time but eventually you'll get to where you want to be. Have a great day.

What matters is that you sis what you had to do to get over this not so great day. Tomorrow is indeed a great day to start over. Keep your eye on the prize! =)
