I got home late tonight and was STARVING! hunger pangs were killing me, and i still had to cook! I had planned on having a chicken sandwich for dinner, but the chicken spaghetti i was making my brothers and dad smelled too good to pass up. I measured out portions and had a plate. And i ate until i was just satisfied and full. I was able to make my mom's dinner [a separate meal since she cant eat full foods yet] and put away the left overs without nibbling or eating extras! I was ready to whip out my secret weapon... trident to the rescue! But, no need this time. I resisted all on my own. It was hard. I cant even say it wasnt. But i feel so much better :] And now, some warm tea and the biggest loser re-run. YEEEESSSSSSSSS!!! :D
