Epic diet fail. I have lost any and all desire to go to the gym, when it used to be my favorite thing to do. I always make the excuse that I'm "too tired" or "too busy" even though I know I always feel better after working out. Not only that, but my late-night munchies have been uncontrollable, which is the biggest killer. So much for my Valentine's day goal... I guess that will be a Spring Break goal now...

Does anyone have any suggestions for either my gym issue or my munchie issue?

All I can say is "I hear ya"!! I was doing pilates 3-5 x a week and now, NEVER!! I make excuses everyday too!! It's so hard sometimes to get motivated. 113 lbs seems so little to me. I know how tiny I was when I was that weight. Make sure your eating more during the day so your not so snacky at night and maybe make sure to leave room for a mid night snack :)
