Back to eating my way! no more birthdays to celebrate until October 2014! Though weight is hovering around 59.5kg to 59.9kg I am pleased to say that my fat% has gone down from 35% to 30%, so must be doing something good :) NOw to work on hitting 57kg again!
131.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
