Hey, everyone. Just wanted to take a moment to drop a couple of images that have helped me pick out some good low carb veggies and nuts while doing the ketogenic thing.

I made the images, but they are based on info from other sources credited below.

I save the images into my cell phone, so I can just go to the image gallery for a cheat sheet when I'm shopping.

I hope they help someone! TAKE CARE ALL!

Thanks, @Bill. Yeh, I'm bummed that my cashews are even worse than peanuts. After I'd read an article about how great cashews were for you (and they're my fav besides) I picked up a giant jug of them. Ugh. Will have to give them to the kid now... but she can handle carbs... so far. But, YAYYY!, pecans are right at the top. Woo hoo!

Yech! Anything named after a sound, should not be eaten. Ok. Now that I've considered that statement, never mind, I take it back: I love popcorn... but can't have it on Keto. :(

Okay no more foods that have "sound" and you can't "beet" it, or "pea" it, or "squash it in the winter" and you can't be "corny" and you sure can't be "plain"ain... can ya? Hmmmm! :)

I'm insulin sensitive and I'm past the weight loss stage. Good lists though. I've saved those to little bits of info. Nice post.
