Hey, everyone. Just wanted to take a moment to drop a couple of images that have helped me pick out some good low carb veggies and nuts while doing the ketogenic thing.

I made the images, but they are based on info from other sources credited below.

I save the images into my cell phone, so I can just go to the image gallery for a cheat sheet when I'm shopping.

I hope they help someone! TAKE CARE ALL!

I use Internet Explorer, not sure if that's what you have, but it is probably something similar. Right-click on the pictures, and a drop-down appears. For me, I just pick "Save Picture As..." and you can save it anywhere locally. To get it in your phone, email or text it to yourself.

I sent the whole page to my home email address. It came up as a link. Clicked on it and it brought me here. Can also right click and "copy image" and put it in a blank email and send it to yourself. Thanks Rob. I appreciate all the work you put into this. Good information.

I see them just fine but I am on my home computer. Love the education. :) It is always hard to think that carrots are in the naughty list, isn't it?

"Can" vs "Will"... very different words, Mom!!! Hah!!! There's a bunch in the "best choices" section I like much better. I'll stick with those. LOL!!! :D

I've read a couple of low carb recipes where you can still use the onions for flavor, like in a slow cooker but then throw them out instead of eating them. I did this the other day when I made a large turkey breast in my crock pot ;)

Hey, @Joy, that's a great idea! I love onions. Onion powder isn't too bad either, but not the same. BTW, I found out from that main FatSecret page, if you click the journal text (and not the person's name) it takes you right to the journal entry, instead of the profile page.

Thanks, Rob. These are great. Had some peanuts tonight. You get a FRIGHTFULLY small number of them for the carb hit, but they sure are delicious.
