hoping for snow tomorrow so I can clean and get out of weigh in tomorrow.. ugh!!! for me I had a great week but dont think I've really lost much..

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 January 2011:
1436 kcal Fat: 46.05g | Prot: 81.84g | Carb: 183.74g.   Breakfast: quaker oat meal lower sugar. Lunch: macaroni salad, provolone cheese boars head, boars head roasted turkey, poppy seed bagel. Dinner: provolone, poppy seed bagel, boars head roasted turkey. Snacks/Other: fruit and nut bar, chobani pomegrante greek yogurt, pirate booty, babybel light,  cocoa almonds, weight watchers snack bars, go lean crunch. more...
