I want to go back and not have to live through the last 10 days again...

I have gained so much that I refuse to post it. Started out with a trip to South Dakota where I ate poorly and the scale showed it. There was finding out that my hubby had issues with his heart. Followed by doctor visits and multiple tests. Then we had a snow storm. Over 6 inches of heavy wet snow with 40 miles per hour winds. Made the roads a mess...which made getting to the doctor stressful. Got my weight back down almost to where I had been, then the second trip to South Dakota to see our daughter play her senior night/parents night basketball game. Yesterday we found out that my husband had lost two uncles within hours of each other. One from his dad's side and the other from his mom's side. So this upcoming weekend will be one funeral in northern MN we will go to and another in Oregon that we will be unable to attend. The stress is getting to me...

You would be crazy if the stress wasn't getting to you!! Sounds like a terrible time, very sorry for your loss!! Please try not to be too hard on yourself, shit happens. You will come back from the gain. Love & prayers

So sorry for all the stress & trauma you've been through, & in such a short time. Don't make things even worse by obsessing over a few lbs gained in all this, just do the best you can to get through it. It's just a little setback, not a failure, as long as you keep trying. You'll be fine, just take it easy & do the best you can. Hugs Glammer

lots of stress for sure. Fat secret will wait for that weigh in; don't push it. It is time to take care of yourselves. Hope there is an easy fix for it; as least your husband will get the thorough check up. Prayers and hugs to you.
