My goal is to eat 70-80% veges and fruit and 20-30% meat or bread. No Dairy! Yikes! I am totally addicted to cheese, but I cut it right out for 3 weeks and then when I had some, I felt soooo bad. Even my glands swelled the next day, my breath was gross and I was just really tired. So fresh fruit, salads, some meat and some bread, sounds good to me!
