Okay, I am starting again. I have been diagnosed with slight fatty liver and I feel like crap. I am cutting out dairy (which I Love) and eating mostly fruit, veges small protein and occasional gluten free bread. Lots of water. This is my plan, it shouldn't be too hard except for the usual first week of anything. Wish me strength and determination!!
