Check me out~~~~319. (my bad got excited 319..319 not 318 but still I lost) (edited)I know it took me forever to weigh in and) probably should have lost a lot more but sooooooooo proud of that number. I'm proud because I have actually been eating a few more carbs. There was no way I could stick to 20 carbs everyday. So, I increased the number to around 35 and some days I would actually go over. However, I just stuck to the plan even on my bad days and plan to keep on doing that. Next mini goal shall be 310. So, I will probably hold off until weighing officially till next month this time. YAY ME!!! No special treats for myself this weigh in. Got to pay the bills :-/. However, I can treat myself to enjoying this beautiful weather with few walks around the neighborhood. Fresh air and enjoying the outdoors don't cost a thing...wow!!! :-) She's learning!!!!
319.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
