Still going oh loving it :)
Step by Step I will be there.
Planing to add swimming in March, as I use to be in my high school swimming team. Memories,
Oh this week, I added another mile so now I do 4 miles in 45 minutes
before I did 3 miles in 30 minutes.
Hope everyone is enjoying there weekend.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
