Feeling good. Another morning in paradise. Too much food last night at the salad bar at Dukes, but Waikiki just isn't complete without a dinner at the iconic Dukes! I think I captured most of the calories on my diet calendar.
I can't seem to get a decent recording of my weight on the scale here in this condo as it fluctuates a lot. Up to 172.4 and then down to 169.4 today. Don't know which one is right so I'll try again tomorrow. Taking it easy today as our feet aren't used to this heat and are taking a beating. Life is good though. Tomorrow we're off to Maui for even more "good".
My daughter is being interviewed this morning for med school. Kind of nervous for her, but she is so prepared I"m sure she'll charm her way right through the process. Go get 'em girl!
