Darn it! I gained to pounds. Maybe its two pounds in muscle mass. I can see myself toning up in areas. My biggest challenge is my stomach. I can do plenty of crunches and cardio but that belly fat is still there...
178.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
