So it's been a month. After I did my weigh in with the game this morning and saw 224.6, I decided to measure everything again.
I have lost 2 inches in my neck, 1 inch in my chest and waist, and 3 inches in my hips!
Finally - I feel like I am doing some good!
Thanks for all of ya'lls motivation and support. I doubt I would still be at this if it wasn't for you guys!
So today isn't good for me. I'm done today. I'm eating whatever I want. My son is sick and at home with a guy that I've never left him alone with before so I'm nervous, I'm the only one at work so I'm stressed, and I could lose my job because I'm leaving early to take care of my son and I just don't give a damn today! I was doing so well this morning too! At least I'm not going on a drinking binge or eating binge, I'm just eating too many calories and too much fat in one day. Oh well, I will go right back to the plan tomorrow!
