Rae1219's Journal, 18 January 2011

Today's been a rough day. I get off track very much on my days off, and being only a part time teacher with grad school at night, I have a number of full and half days off every week. I'm starting to feel I may have a huge sugar addiction. I live for my candy, and I cannot control myself once I begin. I get headaches when I try to go without, however.
Would love some advice from anyone who's gone through the same. I can portion of pastries and sugary beverages just fine, but candy is my weakness.

*Check yourself before you wreck yourself*
this is my plan for the remainder of the day.

have you considered eating more fiber. I was looking at you food, you are on the low side. I strongly recommend flax seed. One serving is around 6 grams of fiber. I believe women should be over 20 grams. Keep up the hard work, your almost there.

yes, I actually add some clear fiber supplement to my water every day (I just don't notate it here). I'll look into the flax seed. Thanks for your support!
