I am feeling great today, my stomach is flatter (flat belly diet works) and I just feel good inside and out, I have more energy, so I need to move one work out near bedtime, because I don't fall asleep as quickly because of the energy, and I just can not go with less sleep, so moving a work out to about an hour before bedtime will tire me out, I was taking the dog for a walk at that time, but being out at that time of night is not desirable to me anymore, (to many teens out there at that time) We don't live in a bad neighborhood, but still... you never know who is walking around at that time. Anyway, I prefer to walk the dog earlier when it is light out. I wish my husband would walk with me, but he has no desire to walk, that is not his thing. :) no problem it is what I enjoy and I can see things during the day anyway.

ok I ate a little to much fried chicken at dinner,, my husband cooks some good chicken I started out good.. but ended up taking an extra piece. No harm done... more exercise tonight though no problem!

Great job cancelling out that extra chicken with extra exercise! I don't blame you for being careful about when to walk. Safety first!
