So I Joined The " Lose 50 Pounds By April" Group And Im Thinking On How I Need To Change To Achieve This Goal. I Have Spoken To My Dad And He Nows Gives Me A Budget Of $50 Per 2 weeks To Buy Some Special/healthier foods to help me. I Am Really Enjoying the healthy choice meals & The Spcial K Bars In Raspberry cheesecake. Well, I Think I Need To Cut Back On Night Eating For Sure And Excersizing more. Hmm... Oh And I Have My Eighth Grade Dance June 10!( Im 14 by the way) I Definetley want to loose weight by then.I Saw this Infomercial thing and it said when you diet, eat your favorite foods just in smaller portions, Have a Successful Day Everyone(:
