When I weighed in today, the bar was green! Who Hoo! I'm guessing that means my weight is in the healthy range. Who Hoo!! I lost 16 lbs in 2014 so far. Just bought a Fitbit and having a challenging competition for who gets in the most daily steps with my husband has really motivated me. I even tried the free Couch-to-5k app yesterday and can walk this morning. It's all good :)
