Okay I cheated today. Every 3 months we go on a road trip to PA to go shopping. And we don't really think about eating healthy or anything. The day is completely devoted to getting new clothes, shoes, and comforting ourselves after not feeling happy about how we look in our purchases with some greasy food. Oh and of courseeee the cuppa joe from DD early in the morning since we leave the house around 8 (yikes!) and don't come back home till around 5. Phew! Well I definitely ate too much today- and too many cals. And the scale knows it. Oh well I'll be working out tomorrow and Tuesday to make up for it.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
