177.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 47.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

It went well! I was down to 165, back up to 168. Getting back to it!

Awesome!!! I lost 12 pounds the first time and 15 inches....then continued the MNS to maintain...then got engaged and lost another 2 dress sizes by wedding time! It really works when you do it right, glad you liked it!!!
