dietbanana's Journal, 06 February 2009

Man oh man! Yesterday was BAD! I ate a pretty good breakfast & lunch, then I had an entire piece of pie as a snack- and it went all downhill from there! Went to Kelsey's restaurant and had spinach dip w/pita, which wasn't too bad. But then I had Bruschetta- who knew that tomatoes, cheese & flatbread could be 16 WW points! I would have been better off eating a bowl of pasta. And to top off the entire day I went to the movies and had popcorn, nibs and pop- not even diet. I can't remember the last time I even drank pop either. It was a bad day. I over-indulged in almost every way possible. Plus I didn't even exercise!

At this point I will not be making my first mini-goal of reaching 140lbs by Feb 28th, and if I keep having days like this I'll never reach my goal of getting into my dress and being at my goal of 130 by my birthday. If I'm not at least close (5lbs or less) than I won't be having the big party that I planned either.

I'm going to work hard to make sure that this weekend no more junk goes into my mouth and that I get out and do something physical!!

Just remember to write everything down! If you do that and you work out a few times, you would be surprised at how many points you can work off in a day or even throughout the week! Obviously it all depends on when your week starts and stops, but remember with the new plan, you can apply activity points that you earn on any given day to that day or a different day of the week! :) Hang in there and don't give up! It is surprising how accomplished you feel when you continue to write everything down even though you know you are over points! At least you are staying accountable!
