I decided last night that this week I would not get on the scale until Sunday morning. This terrifies me. The thought of not daily seeing if I am doing well or need to kick it up a notch or what. But I really want to try to do this. I would like to get back to working out first thing in the morning too but we have a nurse now for our son and I just dont think I can workout while they are here, its weird.
Things I am grateful for.
1- I continue with God's help to lose this weight and make healthy choices.
2- God answered prayer with a van that will fit our family and runs, right in the nick of time.
3- The cravings are not near as bad or obsessive as they use to be.
