just started yesterday on phase one. it was easy since i had the day off of work. today was a challenge. the cran water is hard to hide- i am a teacher and the students will pick up anything and drink it- but i managed just fine.
Breakfast is my biggest challenge. Drink the cocktail, the lemon water, eat eggs, and cran water?? I barely have time to get dressed in the morning, so that may be my biggest challenge. I hard boiled the eggs to make that easier.
After work is also really hard. I am so drained and so tempted to just pick up the carbs aplenty at the grocery store. Today i didn't and i'm pretty proud of myself for that one.
anyway, so far so good. whew!

Hi! I know what you mean when you refer to the morning routine the FF requires and its really a lot. I've been there and wake up early to try to get everything that's required but somtimes find myself finishing breakfast and it being close to noon-- lunchtime! Right now, I just try to follow the plan as closely as I can and if I don't get the cran water in then it's not too big of a deal. But I always, ALWAYS take the supplements, I find it the most important part of the diet to keep those up.
Anyway, good luck on your dieting and I'm sure you'll do great!

Mornings are the toughest for me too. It seems to eat up a lot of my time. I made the smoothie this morning and made enough to freeze 1/2. I hope it thaws well when I use it next time!
