well, I've just about completed day 7. Today is odd. I haven't been hungry at all. I think I ate just because it was time. I made the black bean soup from the SBD Supercharged book. It was wonderful. I also started exercising today, since it's day 7. I figure it could only help. I did 22 minutes on the elliptical, some bow flex for the legs, used some dumb bells on upper body, and of course some ab work.
