3 mile walk today, my knees are getting kind of sore.
Need to work on my water on the weekends.
Splurged on calories at Olive Garden last night with the hubs and my roommate...it didn't taste nearly as good as I was hoping it would. I did leave about a 1/4 of the meal left and limited myself to just 1 breadstick.
