I'm feeling my way through this - still losing weight beyond my original goals. I feel like my choices must be pretty ingrained at this point because I don't feel like I'm having to "work" at this. I've been working with a South Beach website nutritionist and she helped me decide to just see where this goes.

It looks as though you have found the perfect recipe for finding your healthy weight without really trying. South Beach has also taught me so much about making wise choices and feeling satisfied. I wish I had your drive about exercise. It is sure paying off for you. Your before/after pictures are amazing! Keep up the great job! You are an inspiration.
