Almost stagnation on my scales. Maybe it's due to 1300 calories I've taken up last days, as previous weeks I stuck to 800 - 1200 calories. In a meantime I am attending gym regularly - going there 4- 5 times a week, so this may be also due to muscle growing. I know, I know I need to be patient, and my mum says that when there is no weight reduction, body shapes up, makes it form. Let's hope to it! Head up! I heard that it's growing moon right now (full moon in a day), so in this time body makes its reserves. Therefore this may be the reason why we struggle with weight!

You are doing wonderful Gab, you are working your butt off literary, I know it is not coming off as fast as you want but so far you have lost 15 pounds and that is a lot of weight you are 30 percent of your goal. Keep up the hard work, stay focused and you will succeed, I have a feeling you are just that type of person. Keep charging.
