Lost the 2 pounds I had gained over Christmas, yea! Been trying to cut the calories back as I'm not walking (too cold). But once spring hits, I'll be back outside walking away!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
