Basic nightime routine:

1) Make dinner
2) Eat (by 6pm latest)
3) Clean up dinner, dishes, & straighten house
4) F.S. (at 6:30pm)
. . F.P.

5) Do what needs to be done - (at least 10 minutes)
. . 1 or more H.M. items

6) Plan day
7) Plan meals, snacks, workout & lay out clothes and gym

8) Face, teeth, pjs
9) (Jounal) (Read)
10) Prayer
