Had a good week! I actually only went out once for lunch. Had a burger and fries however I did not eat but 1/4 of the LG fries and 3/4's the burger. Very happy with my results.
379.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 244.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
