Still teter-totering back and forth between 184 and 186. I've been on this diet for 1 month and I've noticed that I'm not losing anymore weight and haven't lost any weight since the first week when I was practically starving myself by keeping my calorie count under 900 calories. That's when I went from 192 down to 184 and that's where I seem to be staying no matter what I do. I would think that I should be losing at least 1 to 1-1/2 pounds per week, but I'm not. I'm stuck. There is no way that I've already plateaued!!! I still have 30 or 40 pounds to lose. Maybe Mother Nature is trying to tell me that this is the weight I should be for my age. I don't want to make myself sick.
