I think I'm going to live. The last few days have felt "touch and go". About half way through yesterday, I felt like I had turned the corner. Yay for zinc! My colds don't seem to have half the duration they used to.
I'm so happy to be alive in this beautiful world. Steph's Cat Stephens song, that she was inspired by yet another buddy to pass along, just lightened my evening yesterday. I love this site. The good mojo just keeps going in an ever widening ripple effect. There are a lot of great, caring people in this community of ours.
I'm going to go do a breathing treatment and pull myself together for the day. I hope that all of you have a lovely Sunday. Enjoy your part of the world, and never forget, you also set off healing ripples for the rest of us.

Thanks Bren. Yes, I'm feeling better. It will probably be a week or so before I'm 100%, but I was actually able to get some real sleep last night. Thanks for your hugs and well wishes. I know they help!

So glad you're turning the corner! I also thought zinc (Zicam) helped me the last time I had a cold. Here's another thing that my husband swears by when he has sinus stuffiness -- Neti-Pot. Have you tried it?

Coco, I love my neti pot. That's how I know when I'm actually getting sick. The build up in my sinuses won't let the saline flow. LOL. If it's just allergies, no problem.

Johanne, I am so glad that you are feeling better and I am glad that Morning Has Broken brightened your day....I do so love Cat Stevens and I was so happy that Moose reminded me of that. Coco and Johanne, I love my neti pot also....need to do that today...maybe it will help get the last of the stuffiness out of my sinuses. Glad you're feeling better. Take care of yourself. There are some nasty viruses going around this winter. I just got over this one that makes you hurt all over and gives you an awful headache.
