Getting this journey going wasn't nearly as difficult as I anticipated. I know this won't always be the case, but I am confident I can keep it going! My Husband and I were discussing last night how this time trying to get healthy feels different than past attempts. We are both very encouraged by our will power and ready to keep going!
248.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
