I feel like this week was a good week, including the weekend thus far. I was so sleepy last night I didn't weigh in so I will make sure I do a weigh in this evening and update my weight if any change. I certainly feel thinner, lol. I am not only on a food diet but a financial one so I'm proud to say for the last 2 weeks I haven't eaten lunch out (for work, I was eating out way too much)! I have been working on not eating out period this month, since last month was Christmas and this month is my boyfriend's birthday, so money is a little tight. 2 more weeks to go, I think I can do it!! Weigh in later, about to get in a morning workout, later secret....
